Over our December break, I received this lovely note and YOUTUBE link from our wonderful Music and Drama teacher Courtenay Harringon-Bailey. Courtenay has been teaching with us for 15 years and in that time has nurtured many of our students as they pursue passions for drama and music. After leaving Bridgeview Montessori, many of our students continue working with Courtenay in her Dramafun! studio. As Courtenay has watched our students grow over the years, we have had the priviliege to watch her business, Dramafun!, grow into an award willing music and drama program serving Cape Cod and Southern Massachusetts.
Courtenay writes:
I thought I would share with you the production I was working on all Fall which features many Bridgeview Montessori alumni. The whole show is 56 minutes long so I completely understand you not watching it, but if you have a few minutes skip around and see if you recognize these young stars. Some of you may remember our school production(s) of Dear Edwina Jr. so it is interesting to see how we adapted it to the screen.

As always our Bridgeview Montessori alumni rose to the top to lead on and off the stage/screen. Students learned all the music online with me using zoom and then self-recorded at home. I compiled the 1,000+ video and audio submissions into this final product. As I am still learning this technology it took an insane amount of time, but I am inspired by these young people with so much passion for their craft!
